The 21-Day Flexible Dieting Challenge is a 3-week course focused on setting you up with the tools and education surrounding flexible dieting.

We like to say that “a diet that doesn’t bend will break.” In flexible dieting we determine how many macronutrients (carbs, fats and proteins) our bodies need to reach and maintain our goals, then we have some flexibility in how we reach those numbers. 

This challenge will teach you exactly how to determine what YOUR body needs and strategies for actually sticking to those numbers. It was specifically designed to transform the way you relate to food.
